Lorryn has a Bachelor of Behavioural Science (Psychology) from Queensland University of Technology and is completing a Master of Counselling from Christian Heritage College. Throughout her Master’s degree, Lorryn has counselled children, in and out of the school context, as well as adolescents and adults and is very passionate about helping clients who have been impacted by trauma, grief and loss.
Thanks to valuable experience counselling adolescent girls and young adult women, Lorryn has developed a keen interest working with clients about identity issues, relationships, sexuality, emotional and mental well-being. Her desire is to empower young girls and women to develop greater self-understanding, self-acceptance and self-love as she earnestly believes that a robust relationship with oneself provides opportunities for precious relationships with others.
Lorryn is married to her husband Josh and they have a gorgeous dog named Lexie. Lorryn loves spending her spare time over coffee or trying new food with those she holds most dear and also values time alone to read and unwind.
